A few new developments from over the weekend to bring you up to date on.
First of all, I'm now on Twitter. I know. I know. It seems there is some sort of new social networking site popping up every day.
My experience so far: I've had great success and fun with Facebook. (If you haven't connected as a "friend" with me there yet, please put in a request.) And I simply don't get the benefit of LInkedIn. That one just strikes me as people I don't know wanting to look in my Rolodex. I'm probably missing something, but in contrast, I find Facebook is a fun and safe way to connect with new people.
I'm now adding Twitter to my day. I think it's going to be a fun and easy way to keep you up to date on what I'm doing and the great stories we're adding to DarynKagan.com throughout the day. So, if you're Twittering, please reach out.
A man named, Chuck Acquisto, in Pleasanton, California used old-fashioned email to reach out to me. He's working on an awesome project for his daughter, Gabbie. She's only 5-years-old now, but he's reaching out to an array of different women asking the to answer the question, "What's the lesson you've learned in your life?"
His goal? To have a plethora of inspiration to give to Gabbie when she turns 16. Talk about planning ahead!
I was so honored that he included me. My answer is in today's featured video.
And it looks like Chuck inspired me. I had such a good time answering his question, that I'd like to keep going.
